Please choose your product/s carefully as 12 Volt Technology does not usually provide refunds where you have changed your mind or chosen the wrong product.  If a refund is offered it would be under the following conditions:

• The goods have not been used, marked or damaged.
• The goods are returned in the original packaging at the buyers expense
• If Free Freight was included in the products purchase price, then the freight component will be deducted from the refund.
• Restocking fees of up to 20% may still apply.
